A pen and pencil is old school. Apps can register open-house visitors and empower agents to keep in contact with a larger pool of interested homebuyers.

MIAMI – Rather than rely on paper and pencil to register guests at open houses, apps can help real estate professionals increase their bottom lines through follow-up tools that turn visitors into clients.

  • Spacio is basically an integrated CRM (customer relationship management) builder that requires little agent effort. It collects social media data on open-house guests, automates email follow-up and provides customizable seller reports, among other things.
  • Curb Hero is a free, simple digital open-house sign-in app that allows real estate professionals to place their logo on it, and customize questions and follow-up messaging.
