The South Florida Housing Market Has Remained Stable
Both Broward and Palm Beach counties have remained about where they were about 2 years ago.
These are based on a number of factors such as housing affordability, median home prices, foreclosure starts, underwater mortgages and unemployment.
Currently, these two counties remain above the national average whose percentage of homes that are worth less than their mortgage.
Similarly, the housing market in D.C. has also been stable in that it is not experiencing wild swings.
