Come Celebrate the Holidays at the 51st Annual Christmas on Las Olas
After the joys of Thanksgiving and spending time with your loved ones, are you looking to get into the holiday spirit early this year? If so, the one place to be is at the 51st Annual Christmas on Las Olas.
With over 40,000 people coming together on Las Olas Boulevard every year to celebrate the start of “South Florida” winter season, with Christmas on Las Olas. Missing the snow in December? No need to worry because there will be man-made snow showers coming down from the rooftops. Make sure to bring your kids and pets because there are many things to see and do from rock climbing, bungee bouncing, face painting, cookie demonstrating and so much more. They can climb the Snow Mountain as well as ice skate in the Skate Las Olas rink. Listen to the sounds of holiday music from local choirs and strolling carolers playing your favorite tunes. Don’t forget to take your picture with Santa at the Santa Photo Booth benefiting Youth Environmental Alliance. There will be plenty to eat with over 50 food, beverage and holiday booths. South Florida Firefighters will be visiting the Kids Fun Zone at One Beat CPR’s Enchanted Village where there will be family entertainment and interactive CPR demonstrations. This event is free to the public and takes place Tuesday, December 3rd starting at 5 pm.
