Born in Ecuador, and still fluent in Spanish Roy has been a resident of the greater Fort Lauderdale area since 1997.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2007, Guy was a mortgage broker for 5 years. He not only understands the loan process, but can explain it to his clients, so they feel less intimidated.
