Marissa Fazio

Marissa attended the University of Central Florida and the University of Miami. Marissa’s
professional career has encompassed a broad spectrum in the real estate field. Her
property management experience includes managing over 800 SFR assets inclusive of
building and overseeing in-house construction and maintenance divisions for Delavaco
Residential Properties Corp. Marissa has also worked at One Sotheby’s International Real Estate giving her unique exposure to the South Florida luxury real estate market and its challenges. In addition, Marissa has spearheaded the sales and marketing campaigns for several new development projects.

Marissa oversees the property management, design/construction, and new development divisions at Dalmar.
