Paul Merlesena has over three decades of experience in the real estate business between Florida and Massachusetts. As a broker, he brings a wealth of experience to the real estate process for his clients. He had his construction supervisor license in Massachusetts for over thirty years, which helps him bring a different perspective to the evaluating process for selecting property than that held by the average broker.
Having his own real estate and developing company in Massachusetts in the 1980’s provided a base to expand his horizons to Fort Lauderdale. Working with buyers and evaluating different properties for sale is a specialty of Paul’s.
Paul’s areas of specialty include downtown Las Olas, Isles of Las Olas and the Oceanfront Residential and Condominium Complexes.
