Dave Scully has been a resident of South Florida his entire life and has always been intrigued by the incredible real estate opportunities offered in this dynamic region. In the last five years, Dave has become an expert in the foreclosure market and has added many REO certifications to his resume. He has traveled around the country several times to attend round table discussions and conferences with the largest banks in the country. This has lead to his extensive understanding of the state of the current real estate market, thus enabling him to feel comfortable with both buyers and sellers in these very different times. With this education and understanding of the market, Dave has been able to complete over 350 real estate transactions totaling over $45,000,000 in the last five years.
