The Oceanside Pompano Beach midrise is one of the newest Pompano Beach condos to emerge in the city.  It consists of a pair of seventeen story towers designed by renowned architect Nichols Brosch.  A third tower is also in the works which will function as the condo hotel portion of the Oceanside condo.

Oceanside offers an impressive array of features and if the proposed third tower is built, it will become even better.  For the time being you can watch a film in the theater room, dine at one of the cafes and restaurants on the ground level, play tennis in one of the two courts or play some billiards instead.  Details on residential features aren’t yet available but considering how much acclaim the building has received you can expect them to be nothing less than extraordinary.

The Oceanside condo will provide numerous activities to enjoy without having to leave the premises of the building but you’ll find a mind boggling array of additional things to do when you explore the city of Pompano Beach itself.  You can walk over to the Sands Harbor Marina, have a picnic at McNab Park to the west or shop at Pandanus Place for example.
